About the Festival
The Electric Rats Dream Video Dreams festival was launched in July 2007 by the Filter Society (DZU Filter), which wanted to establish a video festival featuring quality selection and discussion that would enhance critical perception of the video as integral and independent art practice. The festival aims to draw on the resources of other European and worldwide festivals and plans future co-operations.
