About the Festival

CologneOFF - Cologne Online Film Festival was founded in 2006 by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne as an initiative in the framework of VideoChannel. Like VideoChannel, CologneOFF belongs to the spectrum of N e w M e d i a F e s t. The new media festival environments on | NewMediaArtProjectNetwork:||cologne | the experimental platform for art and new media. CologneOFF is a new type of mobil film & video festival which is organised simultaneously online and offline via partner festivals & cooperations.

CologneOFF is directed and curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne.

CologneOFF IV

The world premiere of 4th festival edition CologneOFF IV 'Here We Are!' will be launched first in physical space at the Museum of Contemporary Art [MACZUL] Maracaibo | Venezuela in the framework of the annual Salon de Arte Digital, October 1-8 2008. The official online launch is postponed to December 2008.

On invitation of the Ministery of Culture of Venezuela and the organisation CARPE DIEM, CologneOFF festival director, Wilfried Agriola de Cologne, will launch CologneOFF IV in physical space personally at MACZUL during the festival week.
